Help Portal not coming

Hi,

Since last couple of days i see the help.sap.com -> nw04s not showing up in the browser. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Is there any setting i need to do to my browser?

Hello,

I had the same problem with my personal firwall norton internet security. I was only able to access the help portal when I disabled the proxy service of the firewall.

Thanks a lot for that pointer. I had a client fire wall installed & that was not letting me see the web site.
