Check the configuration in the visual Administrator.

1. Is the configured transport directory the right one?

See Landscape Configurator-->Domain Data -->Change Management Service Server --> Transport Directory.

If the transport directory is not the right one, contact your system administrator to change the configuration.

If the transport directory is the right one, check:

2. Is the file you want to import located in the transport directory?

If not, contact your system administrator to bring the file to the transport directory. Maybe it needs to be checked in.

If the file is located there try the import again.

(or)

Contact the CBS administrator who can enable the processing of build requests. After enabling try the import again.

Hope it helps,

Hi Nagarajan

As per your suggestions, we checked, but :

1) the transport directory specified is the correct one.

2) the .sca files are present in the Inbox folder of the transport directory ,i.e. C:\usr\sap\JTrans

3) The processing of build requests is also enabled.

Can this issue occur due to some problem during JDI installation?

Can you please suggest what the problem could be.

Thanks & regards,

Amit

Hi,

1. Reconfigure the DTR server URL in the CMS. For example, use a URL which addresses the same server, but is written differently.

2. Import a more recent Support Package of the CMS component:

In Release NW04, the error is corrected in Support Package 17

In Release NW04s, the error is corrected in Patch 08

Refer Note: 926372

Hope it helps,

Nagarajan.
