Window overlapping in Smartform

Hi,

I have a requiremnt in SMARTFOMRS.

We are printing 5 copies of invoice.

In the 2 copies we dont want some information to be shown.

I am trying to hide this data by putting secondary window with gray shade and

giving proper condition to the window.

My concern is that this window is transparent and not hiding the data properly.

If I make it BLACK shading then its ok...but again printer-ink problem...

Is there any option for nontransparent secondary window ..or any other suggestion..

Need your help...

Thanks,

Ganesh.

Hi,

Provide the copy nos as condition in the windows->condition using &SFSY-COPYCOUNT& ne 1 or &SFSY-COPYCOUNT& ne 2.

Hi,

You must be displaying the invoice forms based on output types.

So, the output types for which you don't want to display the extra data, you can put output type condition.

You have already created secondary windows for them.

Along with that, put condition of output type on those windows. So, it will not get displayed.

Thanks,

Hi,

u can use the windows option to hide the whole windows, also you can do the same with the elements inside the windows.

so u dont need to create a new windows to hide the data.
