Direct pdf printing through VF03 transaction

Hi All,

I have created a pdf form for Invoice .I need to take print out through transaction VF03. when I go and select issue output pop up appears with direct print and print preview button.

I am able to take print by going to print preview and open the pdf document. but when I select direct print button, there is no print for invoice.

Is direct pdf printing not possible or is there any specific settings for that??

Hi Lalit,

If your print program is correct and working, you should look at your spool (T/CODE SP01). Here you should find your printout.

However, if you can't find your spool request, this means that you should double check your print program. In this case, I would advise looking at a default print program for vf03/invoice. You could check standard program: SD_BIL_PRINT01 calling standard invoice SD_INVOICE_FORM01, as a reference.

Particularly, check the 'preview' value: e.g. "ls_outputparams-preview".
