New Output Type for Sending Emails

Hello All friends,

I have a requirement in which I have to create a new output type for sending emails. This new output type will be used in handling units in HU03 transaction code. Can someone please tell me what are all the SAP settings required for creating a new output type for sending emails?

Your suggestion on this would be very much helpful for me.
