CUP Error: Request approval screen is not displayed because request status

Hi All,

I am facing one problem in CUP that is, when I am trying to go into the details of a request in CUP, the applications gives me below error:

 Request approval screen is not displayed because request status has changed

I searched on SMP for relevant notes and found one quite relevant SAP Note#1484814 which is sugesting to check the connector defined fro LDAP and it gave me successfully results.

Anybody any idea where else I can look for possible helpful information in order to resolve this error?

Hello,

We are also facing the same problem in CUP. We don't have LDAP connection.

Can anybody please help me to getrid of this problem.
