ITS Mobile Fields Alignment

Hi,

We have developed a customized program with some input fields (for barcode scanning) for ITS Mobile. But when we display the screen in a handheld scanner, all the alignment is running out.

But when we display the screen in the SAP GUI or running the URL in the normal PC, the alignment is looking fine and nice.

Can anyone please advise how we can adjust the alignment easily so that it can look nice in a handheld scanner?

Is there any step that we have missed out or done wrong?

What Mobile generation style did you use when generating the templates for your service?

What are the parameters that you have set in the GUI configuration section in SICF for this ITSMobile Service?

- We are using generation style: Mobile Devices (Without HTML Tables)

2. What are the parameters that you have set in the GUI configuration section in SICF for this ITSMobile Service?

- ITSMOBILE : 1

- THEME : 99

- TRANSACTION : YHWHA01

- SOURCE : ZYWHA01

- POPUPS : 1

- ITSMOBILESOUND: 1

3. Whats the Handheld Device that you are using?

- Mobile Computer Handheld Terminal Motorolla Symbol MC9190G

Hellp Sim,

What is the Browser that you are using? The Symbol "Pocketbrowser"?

Perhaps these are just typo's in this thread; but the correct parameter name's are:

~ITSMOBILEMSGSOUND 1

not

~ITSMOBILESOUND: 1

and

~SOURCES

not

~SOURCE

Hi Sim,

I would test as well with the Symbol Pocket Browser if you can for comparison
