Please let me know how the lead times are determined in SNP heuristics?
Ex: Distribution Center to Production Plant and
Production Plant to Supplier.

The Lead time calculated in SNP heuritstics as below
Total Lead time = TL lead time between PLANT >>DC + GI (PLANT) + GR at DC.
