Hi experts,

One of the Consultant defined Status "2"(Changes By author only) in planning Book.And he left the job. Nopw we want to drag some key figures in the planning book. But we can't due to Status "2".Could you please help us , how to make changes.

Hi,

The system manager should be able to find the logon information for the author of the planning book.

Please frist try this way, since it's easy.

Another way is to make change directly in database table. The relevant table is /SAPAPO/PBDVW. The filed 'VIEW_STATUS' controls this behavior. If you change it from 2 to 3, then other users can make change to this planning book. Change of database table requires special authorization.

And you can also consider making a copy of the original planning book, by the copy function in /sapapo/sdp8b. This way is suggested since this needs no other authorization and no risk.
