In asp.net 2010, i have developed web application with crystal report. its working fine on local machine but not on server. i installed

CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_1.msi on server still it raising this error.Need proper solution

An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime. Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly. Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required

Hi Jennys,

Make sure your App Pool is running in 64 bit mode. And that your DB Client and printers also are of the 64 bit version or supports 64 bit OS.

I concur with Don. Additionally, the assumption is that this is a 64 bit app(?). I have seen developers creating 32 bit apps, deploying to 64 bit OS and thus trying to use 64 bit runtime. E.g.; the "bitness" of the runtime depends on how the app is compiled - not on the "bitness" of the OS.
