sp upgrade stuck at run_spau

hello

i am in spam and stuck at run_spau phase i am run also spau it show green stauts but spam not complete the cleanup

it show

Run this phase in dialog, not in background, then you will see the button "confirm adjustments" and can skip it

Hi there,

if you are running your patches in background is perfectly fine, all you have to not is to click '"support package" ------------>import queue'' the import will then resume in background the finalise the last few steps and you will confirm the queue once import is finished.

If everything is green in SPAU then you can skip this phase in SPAM.

Hi,

From the SPAM screen, it would show an option to "run spau'. Use that to get to the SPAU screen, come back and you should see another tab 'confirm adjustments'. After this SPAM will continue.

Hi Pkolhe,

You can skip the SPAU steps as others suggested in provious posts.

If you are in the screen where it says Run SPAU, then just go to SPAU page > green arrow back and thats where you will see the button "cofirm adjusment" ..just click that.

If you are in different screen..then go to tcode SPAM> try to import the queue again and it will prompt you again to run SPAU...follow above steps.
