Error - Batch definition level not known while UD

Hi Experts,

Please help on below Issue

For Inspectio type 10. After result recording when we do Usage Decision,

Showing Message :-

"Batch definition level not known.inconsistency!"

Check with customization step OMCT if the batch level is active in the system.

In OMCT

Batch level - Batch unique at plant level

Batch status management - Inactive.

Check the UD code you are using. Are you using a posting that is trying to change a batch status? Since you don't use batch status you can't specify a status change in your UD codes.
