why the adapter list is not displayed at the time of comm. channel creation

hi all,

i am trying to create the communication channel for one of my scenario(i am doing the as per the steps in A Beginner's Guide to SAP XI Settings Part 1 which i downloaded from sdn itself).

but in my system it is not displaying any adapter type when i click on f4 help icon.

whether i missed any step or something else is required for that?

plz help me.

hi,

maybe you need to reimport SAP BASIS component

to refresh adapter's metadata

as in question:

3. I can't see my adapters in the adater monitoring after the import of a new SP

The Installation is not properly done for your system,contact your system administrator

Hi Lalit,

When you are doing your installation you need to import cr_content.zip file. Please check if the correct one is imported based on your SP level.

Also, please try importing SAP BASIS Software component version in your Integration repostiory if it's not imported.
