Best way of getting/reading for SAP BI certification

Hi for all SAP BI certification holders,

I am new to this site and as well as for SAP BI.

I have taken the training.Now could you please tell me how should I prepare for the exam.

there are 4-5 pdf's

(TBW10)

(TBW20)

(TBW45)

(TBW42) and lot of other online materials and books.

I am very much confused as where to start and how should the reading schedule be.

how long the preparation has taken for you guys?

As you guys have gone through this process it would be very helpful for me if you could please reply.

I have to achieve this certification as soon as possible as it is very important to me at this time.
