NWDI Deploy error

Hello all,

I'm facing the next error during deploying transport from CONS to QA's.

It's important to mention that, is the first time this transport is installed into my QA environment, despite the "Skip due alredy deployed" message.

The message is:

Start deployment of NWDI

Deploy Webservice environment (2011-09-26 13:36:58.0188 -5:00)

Communication data provided (2011-09-26 13:36:58.0192 -5:00)

Is there any way to solve this message or a workaround?

Hi,

small correction:

reading my answer again, I can see I proposed you the user settings for NWDI, but of course for the ComponentInfo page the administrator user credentials are required.

Hello Ervin,

After doing security configurations on my user roles, we can inspect what is happening in the deploy process and finally here is the problem and, by now, the work around.

The deploy, in fact, was executed twice times and the message that i read in first moment was the "skip deploy", but the problem was that the deploy tool can't STOP the primary aplication and the deploy hangs.

We note some extrange things with the deploy of the failed BPM Process, because the request still is trying to install my version with no success, because failed stopping process.

After this determination, we do the manual "STOP" for all dependent components and applied a new CTS+ transport. Now, the installation was done fine and the sistem runs normally.

We are trying to find if there are a SAP Note related with this deploy problem and we are into analysis of our SC's models, because it seems to be an implementation issue. (a cyclic reference)

are you sure this is the first time?

Can you please check the http://<host>:<port>/monitoring/ComponentInfo on the QA system to see if the SC (you can also see in the "error" message) is available already there ?

What NWDI or admin roles need to be assigned to my user?, because an 403 Forbidden message raises when i try to access this page.
