Enable team purchasing for carts in status "AWAITING APPROVAL".

Hi all,

We are on SRM 7.

Is there any way we can enable the TEAM CARTS to be TAKEN OVER by purchasing substitutes even if the CART is in status "AWAITING APPROVAL"?

By default,team purchasing is possible for carts whic are only in HELD/SAVED status.

No , We cant enable the TEAM CART option while the SC is in approval process. What is your business requirement?

If a shopping cart is created and awiating approval and if one of the purchasing susbtitutes want to change the cart,then he wont be able to take over the cart right??For this reason,we want the cart to be editable by purchasing substitutes even if the cart went for approval.Is this possible?

Hi,

if purchasing susbtitutes is one of the approval chain, then you can give full access to edit the SC by approval with completion.

Thanks but if the pucrashing substitutes is not the approver then is there any other way TEAM PURCAHSING can be helpful if there is a limitation that carts can be taken over only when in "HELD" status?

Hi,

Yes - that is the limitation. the SC can only take over if the SC is on held status.
