Hi there,

I am facing issue with personal alerts in SLA.

Configured SLA and crated activity and in the activity created personal reminder then when it reached time no alert coming in.

There was a error saying ' failed to send alert to browser.

any help.

What version of browser are you currently using as SAP only supports IE.

The personal alert functionality works "out of the box". I would double check your configuration and ensure you are current on HRSP's as we have many clients using this functionality with no issues.

What HRSP's should alert meassge works? I guess it is SP4?

The SLA functionality and has been working with no issues since EHP1 and the Personal Reminders since EHP4
