restoring Text Notes from Interactive Planning

Users, please advise.

Interactive Planning Text Notes from a DP Planning area have been deleted from the /sapapo/sdp_notes transaction.

Fortunately the 'notes' have been captured in a recent refresh of our APO quality system. Can you advise how we can update the quality system notes in the APO production system.
