CREMAS how to trigger for outbound only for 1 company code changes

Hi ,

I work with change pointers.

ouptuttype cremas.

I want only an idoc created in case of changes on customer beloging to a certain company code.

Anyone knows how to acjhieve this?

Hi,

This can be done. Please follow and confirm it works.

1. Create a distribution model or add cremas to an exisiting distribution model using transaction BD64.

2. Creating Data filtering using this Filter Object type

Expand ur Model view.

Under the Message Type CREMAS

Double click on No Data filter / Data filter Active.

Create a Filter Group.

It will list out all the Filter Objects of the Message type:

Double Click on the Filter Object for company code ( BUKRS)

Assign the Filter values

Save.

Hi,

Thanks for the help. It almost fullfilled my needs.

I have also another requirement. It only has to work if KTOKK has a certain value.

i cannot find that one

I only see Global CoCde

and Purch. Organization.

and something with Dependent on class membership but i find no way to enter that.

I hope you can help me ouit.

Yes .. if you need to add another filter it can be achieved.

Filter Objects: These are the Fields based on which you define The Conditon.

For eg:BUKRS, KTOKK

1. Create a Filter Object (If it is not available for ur Requirement)

Tcode: BD59

New Entries:

ALE Filter Object type :KTOKK

Segment type : Put in the Segment name

Segment field :KTOKK

Save.

2. Link the ALE Filter Object type to the Table field in DDIC

Tcode: BD95

New Enries:

ALE Filter Object type :KTOKK

Segment type : Put in the Segment name

Segment field :KTOKK

Save.

3. Creating Data filtering using this Filter Object type

Tcode: BD64.

Expand ur Model view.

Update whatever u did earlier by addition of the new filter

Save.
