Error in configuration storage/IBase

Hello,

During the productive exploitation of Service Desk functionality we faced the ibase error. When we try to open transaction IB52 and choose Installed Base = 1, the system generates the error: "Error in configuration storage/IBase".

Error description:

Error in configuration storage/IBase

Message no. IQ099

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the program. This was due to an unexpected data constellation.

System Response

The system terminates processing.

Procedure

The cause of the error is in the program. Contact your system administrator.

All the ibase components were created in the system previously.

Also we cannot generate ibase via DSWP ---> Operation Setup ---> Initial data transfer for IBase, because of the same error.

Could anyone find the reason?

Note 956992 - "IBase : Correction Report for IBSP table" must solve this issue to you.

CAUTION:

Perform this report in test mode first everytime and check the results. Do not execute the report directly in production system.
