Reverse REACI docs.

Dear all,

Does anyone know how to reverse a REACI document when they are not created by RERAPP?

I mean, in transaction RECN when I choose the options Irrecoverable debt and/or instalment payments, the system automatically creates a new document. But obviously not being a FI document I canu2019t reverse them in FB08.

How can I do it?

Other question:

How can I make the fields PAYMENT METHOD (PYMTMETH), HOUSE BANK (HOUSEBKID) and BANK ACCOUNT (HOUSEBKACC) as mandatory? I canu2019t find anything in recacust to permit that.

Thanks in advance,

P.

Hi,

Irrecoverable debt and/or instalment payments are posted directly in FI with transaction FB05. You can reverse such postings with FB08 but you have to reset the cleared items before with transaction FBRA.

Regarding the other question I would kindly ask you to open a new thread because every issue should be handled in a separate thread.

Thank you.

But I get the error saying isn't a FI document. So I can't reverse it..

What do I have to do?

Hi P.,

thanks for the additional information.

Ref.Transaction REACI should not be used when posting installment in transaction RECN.

Do you have any enhancements that may set the Ref. Transaction?

Hi Pl,

if you have no enhancements active that might influence Ref.Transaction it might be necessary to open a ticket to check the issue.
