how we can do reverse settlement,where we can see revrse settlement document

Hi,

To reverse the settlement, Go to Tcode CJ88, Select the project or WBS you want to the settlement to be reversed. Select the period for which you are reversing and uncheck the test run, then goto menubar settlement-->Reverse, this will do the revesral of settlement and a document will generate for the same. you can see this in document over and also in CJI3 report. Hope this help u.

In TCode CJ88, in the menu go to Settlement -> Reverse to reverse your settlement.

To view the reverse settlement document, execute CJID. You can also use CJI3 to show line item postings on project and filter on transaction type KOAO. Although I would recommend the 1st option.
