SAP GTS-TSW Integration

Hi Guys

Is TSW integration possible, i heard that this can be done.

Process should be - Nomination is created with a sanction party and the same gets blocked, this helps a lot since it saves the problem of going to the SO level.

If this can be done, what settings do i need to maintain or activate?

HI Carl,

I dont think this is supported in standard, you would need to develop custom fucntionality.

This however does not necessarily mean "too" much effort. SPL checks can be executed from any system via RFC call to SPL function modules. Check FM /SAPSLL/SPL_SCENARIO_S3_RFC in GTS system and you will also find different RFC enabled SPL checks. After discussions with a developer you might be able to do SPL checks according to your requirements.

Thanks for answering.

I did some research and found out that in GTS 10, there is an option in the Nomination Basic settings called "GTS Partner check".

According to the help text, it says that the Nomination will be held, and Ticket creation is not possible if a matching SPL entry is found.

We tried enabling that setting, but still no luck.

Not sure whether this is a bug, or something on my part.

You have any idea on this?
