Hello Experts,
We are very happy with our message based alerting setup, all categories, settings, triggered alerts are fine.
However, when we occasionally have downtime for maintenance, many alerts can be raised (thousands). We normally clear these 1 at a time as normal support process. But this clicking takes 5-10 seconds per record!
Is there a way to clear out many of these alerts at once?
By the way, we don't want to turn on "supress multiple" option, because that makes us miss real problems in normal day to day issues.
