Maintenance Charges - Actual Basis - Electricity/Water

Dear Experts,

I am working on IDES ECC 604.

Business Scenario is as follows:

Company charges maintenance cost to tenant on actual basis based on rental space..

I have created a rental object & created a contract for that rental object.

Then created a settlement unit with participation group. Participation group includes the reffered rental object.

Then booked a cost to settlement unit.

When I am settling the settlement unit system is giving following error:

SU 1000/1000/900/ELEC3 does not contain rental objects and therefore cannot be settled

But I can see that rental object in settlement unit.

Can anyone please let me know the exact process. Where I am missing

Regards,

Manish

Hi Manish,

regarding your last statement I assume that you were able to resolve the issue in the meantime.

If not please provide further details.

Hi Franz,

I corrected the error listed at the start but facing following problem.

I executed settlement unit in Simulation Mode & it is running absolutely fine. But when I am using 'Actual Settlement' then system says that there is no unit to settlement. I can also see Settlement ID in settlemnt unit master data.

Could you please help.

Hi Manish,

seems that you have already created a settlement ID. You may use transaction RESCCH to continue with the settlement ID that is shown in the master data of the settlement unit.

With transaction RESCFIX you can turn a settlement ID created with settlement mode S+E(Simulation with subsequent actual settlement) to an actual settlement.

Hope this helps.
