How to set Authorisations in DMS can some one give more guidelines

We have multiple Legal Entities " Co Codes" in one instance.

How can we restrict users as Authorisations wrt CO Codes irrespective of Document Types.

Meaning is the doc types will be same accross co codes but for Users1 I want to restrict selective doc types that too for resp co codes.

How this can be met , any customisations required.

Hi,

U can use the Authorization grp field to input the company code values. Then in authorization make use of this value and restrict the access to the document type.

After doing this .. if multiple users have access to document type AAA then the next level of authorisation chek wud be on the authorisation grp field and if maintain different company code values.. these wud be taken for checking the authorisation of the user trying to access it.
