Issue with VA05

Hi All,

If iam trying to execute VA05 it is not showing any sales orders but when iam checking it in Table VBAK it is showing all the records. Can anybody suggest me?/

HI,

Change your organizational data.

go to VA05 >>click on organizational data button >> specify required data and execute.

we will get the result.

please also check if you have filter anything in icon "Further Sel. criteria".

and also check if the output layout has any filter being set.

Hi All,

I am also getting the same problem in VA05, but with perticular Sales Org. ONLY. When I go to VA05N/VBAK Table & enter the same Sales Org I am getting the list of Sales Orders but in VA05 when I enter the Same Org, I get blank page.

Please help me out in this case.

In VA05, there is a icon "Organizational data", hope you have changed to respective Sales Org on the sales order you are looking for.

Kindly give the same dates in the VBAK Table and in VA05 report also.Also check wheather the data that is coming in the VBAK table is of the same sales area which is being used in VA05.

Ensure no variant is created for VA05 which hide the sale order.

Try using TCode VA05N.

Chosse selection Criteria as All Orders.

Its wrking fine with VA05N and not with VA05.
