BO Migration form BO XI 3.1 to BO 4.0

Hi,

Please can anyone explain, what are the steps require to migrate form BO XI 3.1 to BO 4.0

and also what are frequent error occur while migrating the objetcs

There is a Business Intelligence Platform Upgrade Guide that you need to review.

You'll need to use new tool called Upgrade Management Tool to migrate your content from Xi3.1 to BI4.0

To upgrade form BO XI3.1 to BOBI platform 4.0 we use Upgrade Management Tool (UMT)

1st Question : "What are the steps require to migrate form BO XI 3.1 to BO 4.0"

HI Lakshmi,

Please let us know your strategy about migration.

I mean your migration will be manual or through import wizard.

As fra as IW is concerns, There some steps to follow up with.
