Enable team purchasing for carts in status "AWAITING APPROVAL".

Hi all,

We are on SRM 7.

Is there any way we can enable the TEAM CARTS to be TAKEN OVER by purchasing substitutes even if the CART is in status "AWAITING APPROVAL"?

By default,team purchasing is possible for carts whic are only in HELD/SAVED status.

By standard delvery there is no option to take over when the SC status is awaiting approval.
