Pls find a QN that has a serial number populated. Once you are in the QN can someone confirm me if by double clicking the serial number field opens in to display serial number. The users are saying this used to happen before but changed few month ago. I dont know how to verify this. I created a QN and double clicked th Serial Number field but get the message "Environment dipolay not supported for selected object".
