Infoview Activity Universe, can't connect to Linux - DB2 audit database

Can't run Audit reports.

Error: Error: "Failed to open connection <Report name.rpt>" while viewing any Auditing Report in XI 3.1

Setup: BOBJ Enterprise xi3.1, Linux, DB2 database.

I believe there is an issue with the connection on the database server.

a - How to validate if a connect to audit db exists?

b - if it doesn't exist, are there any steps to configure this?

I found steps to configure on mysql - just not DB2.

Can you import the universe and check the connection it has?

It may be that they just dumped the universe as-is and never changed the connection to point to the real audit database.

If you wonder which one that is, you can (let them) check this in the cmc.

Point the connection to the right database and it should work...

Btw the reason you cant find how to customize for DB2, is because that is the default database now for CMS and Audit database. So nothing to customize

SAP sent me a BIAR file to re-import. After this import the audit db connection showed up. I'm not sure why it wasn't there out of the box............?
