HTTP Receiver Acknowledgement

Hi,

I am using PI 7.1 and send a data to webmethods via https. I can see that in sxmb_moni it says acknowledgement waiting.

Although webmethods has received the payloads.

checking the receiver adapter, i cant see any setting as acknowledgement.

How do we suppress it or from where it is originating.

The only other thing specified in the http adapter is quality of service is checked on.

Also wanted to inform that we are using http destination.

Hi Shab,

All i have is a check/uncheck in http receiver for quality of service. You can find that option in additional query string attribute. If i check the sxmb_message, it does say as EO only.

I am not sure from why it says ack waiting.

is it for all messages or only a particular message of this interface?

The scenario is for idoc to http. So i assume that those acks are for idoc aleaud rather than http.

use the report IDX_NOALE and disable the acks.

How long you see the waiting status on the mesg? This might be due to connectivity error or firewall issues. Also check with basis team that you have no issues with outbound and inbound firewall issues. Are you expecting any response too?
