Extend the Customer Master

Dear Gurus,

I have two account group z001 and z002, all the fields that required are the same on both accounts, but when i change the account group of a customer which already been created with account group z001 with z002 system will the following messages.

"The planned change is not allowed as the following field groups would be masked by the new account group". and in the below table give Group, S Group, Group name, etc which really not related to any of the account group, not in z001 and not even in z002.

Kindly advise how i will overcome on this issue.

Looking for the gurus feedback.

Dear Imran Khan,

Please check the partner determination procedure for the 2nd account group.

verify once again if all the fields are same in 2 account groups.

Try to take take the standard account groups and test once again.

I have done the same, but i didn't get any error message .

Dear Raghu K,

Partner determination is same, both account groups have same four partner function mandatory, number range is same, what else should I check there..

Should i check every field like one text field is maintain, and that is not required for another account group....

Dear Raghu,

Following message is coming while i am using the said transaction and assign the new account group.

The planned change is not allowed as the following field groups would be masked by the new account group

also coming one table having following detail..

S - Group - Group Name - M - Group Name

A - D120 - Control - 064 - Tax number 4
