SAP Convergent charging & High design

Hi All,

I am trying to find out some information regarding the support of the highdeal product after its acquisition by SAP.

Now it is called as SAP convergent charging.

So the existing high deal version correlate with SAP convergent charging verions?

What would be the deadline for Highdeal customers to migrate to SAP convergent charging?

Please share any documents related to the supoprt/migration relelase and version info for High deal.

SAP Convergent Charging is currently in ramp-up phase. You can get more information on release dates, etc on

or directly on http://service.sap.com/rampup and you can see further details for Convergent Charging on the excel file specified on the main page (List of Ramp-Up solutions)

Thanks for the information.

we are also looking for information on support/migration to the existing highdeal cutomers who are not yet migrated to SAP cpnvergent charging.

Have tried to get this info on highdeal website aswell. but nothing i could find.

If you have any ifnormation related to this. could you please share the same.
