Hi Arun,
I hope we may not maintaine 2 different condition records for same material with same validity periods for a condition type.
so anyway you want to change the price for special orders only,in this case
you can maintaine manual change for price in the sales order processing.for that we can check the field amount/percent in manual changes section for that perticuler price condition type.
than if you have any otherizations to restrict end user not to change anything in sale order, then you can provide this change option in VA02 for the key user or super user.
Thank you.

Hello
Manual you can do it, provided the condition type used should have "Manual entries" as "C-Manual entry has priority".
If you want an automatic determination.
For this you can have access xxx:Sales org./Distr. Chl/Price grp in access sequence for the condition type.
You can change pricing group in header of the sales order.
So when you mainatain, condition record for key combination "Sales org./Distr. Chl/Price grp" for pricing condition record, the it can be
Sales area
Pricing Group | Price | Validity Date |
Z1 - Regular | Rs 100 | jan 11 to dec 11 |
Z2 - Specific | Rs 150 | jan 11 to dec 11 |
