Hi,
I have a scenario like:-
When our workflows are triggered emails are sent to large number of users.
I want to restrict a particular user from getting those mails. The functional guys dont want to alter anything or change anything in the Workflows.
So can in anyother way we can restrict a particular user from getting those emails?

workaround is NOT to give access to Business Workplace(Inbox,Outbox,Office T-codes etc.). I do not think, there can be any blockage to 1 user for emails. Email set uo is system setting, which gets applicable, for the whole system and so, for every user

Hi,
It might been possible there is some job which is getting used to send emails to users and fetching data from table USR02. Execute SU01 and remove email id (if your busines allow ) for that user to whome you do not want to send emails.
