Failed to Set Environment for Language R Code Page

I have been installed IDES SEM4 / BW 3.5 on Windows Server 2003 sp1 with SQL 2000 sp4 as NON-Unicode Version.

IDES SEM4 /BW 3.5 is available only NON-UNICODE version as mentioned in NOTE 827090.

RDBMS has been installed successfully by the SQL4SAP.VBS and code page had been set as SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_BIN2.

CI installation ask the Kernel DVD as NON-Unicode Version

DB instance installation mention the code page as 1100 which was default so that I did with as default selection.

Finally IDES BW & SEM has been installed successfully without any error.

When I have been analyzing the log by the sm21 that I found lot of error been registered which was related with language defined in below:-

17:49:13 DIA 001 000 SAPSYS CP3 Character set '1610' does not appear in table 'TCPDB'

Code Page '9136' is empty or incompletely defined: no segid

Lot of errors related with the codepage

I did run the report by the transaction code SE38 and execute the RSCPINST then I found the code page has been set latin-1 or MDMP, I m not able to set any code or language code here. I had been found some error during the executing of Current NLS config which also defined in down.

TCPDB: Database code pages

Empty - no entry found
