Landscape Verification Tool (SolMan 7.1)

Hello

Why every time that I start the LVT, the tool says me:

The data needed for landscape verification is missing or incomplete (33 % available).

?

And why if I correct the Landscape and after some time I restart the LVT I get the same message?

With other words: What is updating what?
