hi Experts

we need to change sales office fax and phone number frequently at production server for this we are creating transport request every time.

I want know about current setting concept. how can we use for changing sales office number etc directly from production server.

Hi,

In production client it will not allow you to do any changes, you need to change it in golden client and then need to test it in quality client then move to production client.

Coming to your post go to enterprise structure definition there in SD maintain sale office in that select your sales office click on address icon there you can change the fax no.

Hi,

Please note you can change the sales office details in production by editing table entry, follow the below process:-

1. Go to SE16N, enter table name - TVBUR

2. execute the table TVBUR.

3. take the address number

4. open the new session, again go to SE16N

5. enter the table name called ADRC

6. enter the address number which you taken from table TVBUR.

7. enter the "&SAP_EDIT" command in the command bar

8. and finally you can change the details as required in the production directly without transport request.
