Problem while installing the SAP EP 6.0 SP2 on Oracle Solaris

Hi

I am installing the SAP EP 6.0 SP2 server on Solaris .

The database is Oracle 9.2.

There are 6 steps showed during the Database Installation

a)Install Oracle Database

b)Extarct databse server archive.

c)Install Oracle Database(post processing)

d)Install Oracle client

e)Install DBS tools

f)Create ORacle DB users.

The installtion fails at

Install Oracle Database(post processing)

I checked the

ERROR 2006-08-26 16:06:41

CJS-00084 SQL statement or script failed. DIAGNOSIS: Error message: ORA-27102: out of memory

SVR4 Error: 22: Invalid argument

Disconnected

. SOLUTION: See ora_sql_results.log and the Oracle documentation for details.

I could see the follwing in "ora_sql_results.log"

2006-08-26, 16:06:41 SAPINST ORACLE stop logging

I checked the spaxce on the m/c.

There is no disk problem

What an be the problem
