SAP AS Java 7.2 Installation Problem in model L412

HI,

I got an error while installing SAP AS java server 7.2 in my Laptop model L412 , having o/s Windows XP.

At 35 th Stage.... 35 of 40

In Logs it showing like this....

FATAL: Close xuser entry failed:

ERR 18577 Unknown user account 'NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE'

Please send me solution if any one knows.....its Urgent...

I have also L412 laptop and I am having AS java installation problem at stage 35 of 40. Its showing the below error

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.2 Developer Edition > Install > Custom Server Installation( Last error reported by the step :Java processes of instance U37/J00 [Java: MSNOTRUNNING] did not reach state STARTING after 20:00 minutes. Giving up.). You can now:

Choose Retry to repeat the current step.

Choose View Log to get more information about the error.

Stop the option and continue with it later.

Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW72/INSTALL/DEVSYSTEM.

And you are using a server operating system (Windows 2003, Windows 2008 (R2) on that laptop?

Windows XP is an unsupported operating system.

"Urgent" cases should be handled through the official support channels.
