SC -Check Status not getting updated

Dear SRM Gurus,

I have activated WS10000129. I have assigned agent and defined start condition.

Employee creates shopping cart.

Manager approves it.

Problem : Shopping cart status is not getting update ?

Pls advice what needs to be done.
