Hi All,
As per the EU customs, some of the customs offices in Netherland will
be changed on 25th Sep. as per the business requirement we would be
doing the upload of the new file from customs, we would like to have a
confirmation that if the new offices are created as new BP, what will
happen to existing offices, will the existing offices will be
automatically replaced or deleted ?
Is there any business implication if the existing offices are not
deleted.

Upload of changed files, which contain new customs offices, will create them as new Business parters.
Offices which are in the existing system but not in the new file WILL BE deleted - for this please check ( or ask a developer to check ) the program /SAPSLL/CUSTOFF_UPLOAD_PRE as this is maybe different for different GTS versions.
Actually the easiest would be just to try it in a sandbox enviroment ?

Hi Santosh,
You should probably check with your Data Provider, but my expectation would be that the existing Customs Offices would remain. If any have not been used, then they can be archived immediately; otherwise you will need to archive them after the corresponding Declarations have been completed.
