Hi Experts

As per the Business requirement, we have to create different Account Keys to map different Accrual GL accounts apart from ERU.

What are the possible ways ?

Apart from creating different customized account keys, is there any way to do?

give a try with tcode OMWD.

creating and configuring with different account key could be a way forward.

but you could run in to the risk of creation and maintenance many many condition records.

think of other ways to group your materials - maybe division, plant, distribution channel etc. Fields already available in field catelogue.

i don't know the business logic, for which you want to do the above. but main concept is try to "bundle" and then create condition tables accordingly; to minimize data entry and maintenance.

Hi Dear,

There is a way as per your requirement you can create Customers Group or Materials Group instead of creating different Accounting key for accounting determination.

Application Condtype Chartofa/c Sales org AAGC AAGM A/cKey GL A/c

V KOFI INT 1000 01 01 ERL 600000

V KOFI INT 1000 01 02 ERL 600010

V KOFI INT 1000 01 03 ERL 600020

V KOFI INT 1000 02 01 ERL 600030

V KOFI INT 1000 02 02 ERL 600040

V KOFI INT 1000 02 03 ERL 600050

You can vary The GL account determination per customer account assignment group and/or material account assignment group| with the same account key..if that fits your business process.

i.e. for the below combination

Application = V,

cond type = KOFI

Char of Accounts = XXXX

Sales Org = AAAA

MAAG(material account assignment group) = 1

CAAG = 1

Account Key = ABC

GL = 12345678

and

Application = V,

cond type = KOFI

Char of Accounts = XXXX

Sales Org = AAAA

MAAG(material account assignment group) = 1

CAAG = 2

Account Key = ABC

GL = 12345677

ok then what is the variation ? if there is no variation then just create different account keys..can't think of any other way.
