Differences in output by same printer type

Hi experts,

we are having the problem, that the printout of a form is wrong only on ONE printer.

It looks like the printer can't interpret the font HELVE.

Now I have to solve the problem and I hope somebody can help me.

As already written, the output is correct on another printer, which has:

- the same SPAD configuration

- the same printserver

- the same firmware

- which is the same printer type (HP 2015n)

Also the TemSe content is totaly ident.

Any ideas what else I can check?

Hi

The HP printer model used you will not support HELVE/TIMES.

Please have a look into note 1020775.
