Auto EIC activity creation through ESS request

Can EIC activity be automatically created using EIC request service through ESS by means of any standard settings?

This is a common request from customers but cannot be done using standard functionality. A custom development will have to be built to meet this requirement.

Also, the table name where the EIC ticket details is stored?

The EIC data is stored within Case Management and unfortunately it is too detailed to outline the development in this type of forum.
