Help connecting BI abap stack with a java stack.

Hey Guys,

Iu2019m having a problem finding documentation on how to join a BI Abap system with a separate java stack. I found lots of documentation showing how to connect it to EP (which we donu2019t need to do for now). I believe I can do this just with an RFC connection, a jco connection, etcu2026 but for the life of me cannot find documentation outlining the stepsu2026 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys,

Were however not using BEX at the moment or EP. they just want the connection there for future use. I'll checkout all the docs in detail (I'm sure it should point us to the correct steps)...
