WBS Plan by year

When I use CJ42 for planning WBS by year. I could see only Overall values. How to enable plan for WBS elements by year? The planning profile permits annual values. The annuals values are grayed in the menu option.

Hi,

If you have created new planning profile with overall & annual check box marked as tick. then this will be applicable for new projects. but this new planning profile must be assigned with relevant project profile. in this case system will allow you to do overall & annual planning in CJ40 / CJ42 transaction for the newly created projects not for existing projects.

If you have marked tick for annual in existing planning profile with overall tick. then system will allow you to do overall & annual planning in CJ40 / CJ42 transaction for existing projects as well as newly created projects.

Thank you Sandeep. The newer project shows the year now besides overall value.

Check your planning profile on trx OPSB. On Timr Frame section, the "Annual Value" option must be checked
