We are on SRM 7.1 ECS.
When adding items specifially SERVICE ITEMS from TEMPLATES(already created) in shopping cart,as there is a heirarchy structure for service items,sometimes it is possible to add only one of the two items(the hierarchy items and actual service item) when copying item from old templates.
We want to implement a check that if a shopping cart item has been added or copied from an old template/shopping cart ,when teh user clicks on ADD TO SHOPPING CART,an error message should display if the hierachy service item has been added incompletely.
How do achieve this?
