Hi All,
I have some hard coded texts inside windows. when i execute the form according to some conditions these texts must be displayed in english and as well as in french. will it possible for us to do the same using se63 transaction.

Sorry, but no. The translation of the form in SE63 applies to output language of the form.
You should be able to do it using include texts in your form. Then you can assign an output language of the texts.
